Police Service Representative I

Our Police Service Representatives make up the communications and records management center of the Champaign Police Department. They are the go-to subject matter experts in a wide range of areas. Why? Because, as the Department’s front line support staff, they receive and respond to all manner of questions and requests for information from officers, law enforcement agencies, and community members. As a team, they do this 24 hours/day, 365 days/year with each team member working an assigned shift with two
