About the Position:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Certified Pilates Instructors to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

• Lead group reformer Pilates classes in accordance with Club Pilates teaching standards; training and mentorship provided.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our members.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for clients to achieve their fitness goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
• Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff.

Qualifications:

• Comprehensive Pilates certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Passion for Pilates and a commitment to ongoing learning.

Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate: $45-55 per hour.
• Part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Schedule Options:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
