Description
Volunteers are the lifeblood of nonprofit work. They fuel our programs, are our best donor prospects, and are in prime position for board leadership. We'll cover effective ways to recruit great new volunteers and how to train, motivate, keep, and recognize 'em. We'll also cover volunteer management and communications as well as affordable tools, resources, and technologies to make this work a snap.
