The Padgett's In Concert

The Sidney Christian Church would like for you to experience the joy and blessing of the Lord through some uplifting and encouraging music. You are invited on Sunday, March 30 at 6:00 PM to hear The Padgett’s in concert for free (a love offering will be collected for the band’s ministry). This will be an intimate, indoor concert at the church, located at 305 East Main in Sidney, IL (next to the Sidney Community Center). The Padgett’s are a father and son ministry that has a strong desire to share the gospel through their music. They believe in providing the highest quality of southern and country gospel. More important is that those who hear the message in the songs will be touched and uplifted or come to know Jesus as Savior and Lord. In 2016 they were able to bring their personal love of gospel music, along with their study and training they received from the Charles Novell School of Music, together to begin their music ministry. They have experienced the gospel message come alive in song bringing hope, joy, and salvation to many churches, fairs, restaurants, and senior living facilities. As they have traveled across the country, they have been blessed to meet many new friends and other gospel artists. They have also been privileged to study under top gospel artists such as The Blackwood Brothers, Nelons, Jeff Stice, Jim Sheldon and have shared the stage with The Kingsmen, The Joneses, and Steve Hess and Southern Salvation. Their eight recording projects have included old standards, as well as newer songs with the message of the gospel.
