Beth Racine, President and Founder of Envision Innovation, will be the presenter for this seminar. She has a heart and passion to see people find hope, overcome obstacles and achieve success both personally and professionally. Beth received her undergraduate degree in Education from Northern Michigan University. She is a certified K-12 teacher in Michigan and Illinois and has worked as an educator and coach in the public school system in a variety of different capacities. Beth received her master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Administration. She currently holds a valid administrative certificate in the state of Illinois. She has over 12 years of experience helping leaders achieve personal growth and develop specific techniques to improve interpersonal relationships.

Beth is a nationally known speaker, trainer and relational consultant. She started Envision Innovation because she saw the need for more individualized, strategic care, paired with practical skills and direction.
