Leadership 2.0 - Transformational Learning for Leaders and Teams
Leadership 2.0 transforms good leaders and teams into GREAT leaders and teams.
Each session utilizes self-awareness processes that help you understand your personality and the personality of individuals in your team.
This program teaches simple, easy-to-remember and uses tools to strengthen capacity and improve effective: Communication, Time Management, Influence, Collaboration, and Execution.
This program will be held in person at the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce. All sessions will be held from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Best Fit - Discover Your True Personality and the value you bring to a team.
April 10
Discovering Your Leadership Voice - Understand your communication style, strengths and potential challenges of people on the other side of you.
April 17
Mastering Effective Communication - Crack the communication code between you and others by learning and understanding the different styles of communication.

Becoming Present and Productive - In a time starved world it's more important than ever to quickly connect with others. Lean how to shift to the right gear, at the right time, to get things done.
May 1
Maximizing Influence - Learn the true power of your influence in all relationships.
Location
This program will be held in-person at the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce.
The Chamber complies with the state mandate and asks that members follow the CDC guidelines and/or state mandate at Chamber functions. While masking is now optional, please remember that people will have different comfort levels as we return to in-person events. Handshaking and standing close may still make people uneasy.
So, we ask that all participants be respectful of each other. Bring your best fist bump, reconnect and enjoy.
