The Scratching Post is Champaign's Cat & Board Game Cafe. Enjoy our light snack and drink menu, purchase a game pass to access our massive library of 500+ board games, or make a reservation to visit our cat lounge where 20+ adoptable cats are waiting to play with you.

Join us for a knitting circle!
We’ll have 12 seats reserved on our cafe side (cat free) for experienced and new knitters alike! Bring your current knitting project (or crochet! or cross stitch! or whatever!) new knitters can get advice from veteran knitters, veteran knitters can share their wisdom!
There is no charge for this event.

We donate 20% of the profits from our food, drink (including alcohol!) and merch sales back to our partner rescues so enjoy a drink and help cats!
