Help home buyers uncover the true condition of the home they want to buy, as a full- or part-time home inspector. Prepare for the Illinois Home Inspection Licensing Exam with this state-approved course led by professionals from the Bellman Group. Review housing structure, client communication, professionalism, and inspection determined trouble areas: poor workmanship, weather damage, age-related non-performance, and deferred maintenance. Course combines classroom videos, online testing, reading, and live inspection opportunities. Email access and an internet connection are required.
