Is Government Contracting for You?
Each year, local, state and federal governments purchase more than $500 billion from small businesses. The Illinois Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) of Central Illinois was established to help small businesses understand and profit from government contracting. Please join The Chamber and PTAC in a workshop that outlines government contracting basics. This workshop will focus on:
• Understanding Federal and State contracting basics
• Learning about bids and proposals
• Learning about special programs
• Understanding who's there to help you
