Breakfast Series Event: Keeping Custo...
Description
What's the value of a customer to your company over the course of their lifetime?
How much does it cost your company to acquire a new customer versus keeping one happy?
What do you do about advertising now that mass media is losing its mass by the second?
Service matters now more than ever. Learn the answers to these questions and so much more at the next event in our Breakfast Series. You will hear stories and learn tools and techniques to raise your business's level of Customer Service to the point where customers WANT to share their experiences with others.
This event will be held Thursday, March 28 from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at Hawthorn Suites in Champaign. Doors open at 7:15 a.m.
The cost to attend is $20 and includes a full breakfast as well as a copy of Tim Miles' best-selling book. To register, contact Norma at 217.531.4669 or NormaW@champaigncounty.org
This event is brought to you by the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Rantoul Chamber, the Mahomet Chamber, the Urbana Business Association, the Champaign Center Partnership and the Champaign County Black Chamber.
About the speaker:
Champaign County native Tim Miles has used common sense, kindness and an unquenchable curiosity as tools to help hundreds of businesses be more successful more quickly. He runs an odd little communications company that helps owner-operated companies do more with less.
Miles is the author of Good Company: "Making It, Keeping It, and Being It" - which went to #1 on Amazon's Business & Investing, Marketing & Sales, and Small Business & Entrepreneurship charts.
