Booking Day for 2027 First Friday Coffee

Description

We will be booking all First Friday Coffee dates for 2027 on Monday, May 4 beginning at 9:00 a.m.

These events give you great exposure to the business community - don’t miss your chance to host!

In order to make this process as fair as possible, we have set up a direct voicemail system to track calls. 

On Monday, March 4, beginning at 9:00 a.m., please call 217-531-4239 and leave a voicemail with the following information: 
• Name 
• Business 
• Phone Number and Email Address
• What you would like to reserve (Example: First Friday Coffee, March) 
Jessica will return calls in the order that they were received until all months are filled for 2027. Once a signed contract and payment is received, your spot will be reserved. If we do not receive payment, the date will be re-released to other members.

Important Information: 

• Do NOT call the Chamber main line — call Jes directly.
• Hosting opportunities are open to Chamber members only.
• The Chamber reserves the right to select hosts based on location, facility, parking and other factors. Member partnerships are highly encouraged if your space does not meet the requirements. You may include a proposal if this is the case.

Hosting Fees*:
First Friday Coffee - $475

*These are simply the fees to host an event. Hosts are still responsible for providing food & beverages and any other expenses that may be incurred because of the event. Hosting fees are put into place because these are highly sought-after hosting opportunities available to Chamber members only that give your business incredible exposure to the business community.
