Your plates and table presentations get the finishing touch of a professional with garnishes you will make using newly learned knife skills. Amanda Perez demonstrates and then you practice the delicate techniques for creating great garnishes that will surprise you and impress your dinner guests.
Prerequisite: Knife Skills or equivalent experience.
