2020 Chamber Golf Day: Round 2

Description

Due to the success of our first Chamber Golf Day in June, we have decided to arrange an additional time for members to get together out on the greens (following public health safety guidelines) and enjoy a round of golf before the course closes for the season.

The Chamber's Golf Day: Round 2 will be held Monday, September 28 at Lincolnshire Fields Country Club in Champaign. Those interested in golfing may sign up as a foursome or as an individual. Individual golfers will be matched with others to form a complete foursome.

Upon registration, golfers will be asked to select their preferred tee time as well as a second preference. Tee times will be scheduled for one foursome every 10 minutes throughout the day. All tee times will be confirmed by Lindsay Quick. If you have not received confirmation on your tee time within 7 business days, please contact Lindsay at LindsayQ@champaigncounty.org. 

The cost to golf for Chamber members is $149 per golfer or $596 for a foursome of golfers. Each registration fee includes:

• Boxed breakfast or lunch (depending on tee time)
• Green fees
• Golf cart
• Unlimited use of driving range and putting green
• Course refreshments

SCHEDULE:

8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. 

• Check-in open
• Tee times available
•  Driving range and putting green open

8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 

• Hospitality tent open
• Beverage cart available

10:15 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

• Boxed lunches available

Registration and cancellation deadline is Wednesday, September 23, by 5:00 p.m. Registration is limited and will be accepted with full payment on a first-come, first-serve basis.

All registrations will be confirmed by the Chamber as they are received.

*Call the Chamber if you have not received a confirmation notice within 7 days of the registration being sent. All entries must have received a confirmation notice to be eligible to play.

DISCLAIMER: The Chamber reserves the right to cancel or modify the event to meet public health safety guidelines and recommendations. All attendees will be required to sign a waiver prior to the event.
