DESCRIPTION:On January 25\, 2012 at 6pm\, there will be an open house for the Butterfly Group. Angela Patton\, LPC will be available to answer any questions about the group.\n\nThe group is scheduled to begin on February 1\, 2012 at 7pm and will run for six weeks.\n\nKevin Elliott Counseling Inc. will be offering a therapy group for adolescent girls called ''The Butterfly Group.'' Low self-esteem among adolescent girls has long been associated with at-risk behaviors. Girls often struggle with poor body image\, social pressure to maintain certain appearances\, and low confidence in their academic abilities during adolescence. In this girls group\, Angela Patton\, LPC will focus on helping each girl to feel better about herself\, to have good relations with her peers\, and to make healthy choices. The goal of ''The Butterfly Group'' is to assist each member in recognizing the butterfly within her and to help her to spread her wings and fly.
