DESCRIPTION:On Thursday\, April 14th Mettler Center will be hosting Ladies Nite:  Embrace Whole Life Fitness from 4 – 8 PM.  This event will feature speakers each  ½ hour starting at 4:30 from the areas of personal training\, occupational therapy\, nutrition\, massage and mind/body\, all covering topics important to women.  There will be great prizes throughout the evening with the grand prize a 3G Kindle.  Cooking demonstrations and chair massages as well as food\, wine\, great information and fun will all be part of the evening.  The entire event is free and women of all ages are welcome to attend.  Childcare will be available with activities for kids throughout the evening as well.   Membership specials will be available to those attending that evening.
