LOCATION:24 E. Green Street\, Champaign\, IL 61821 Survey Headquarters is located in Twin City Bible Church - Midtown\, which is on the west side of Green Street Center\, beside Talecris Plasma. Parking is off of Springfield Avenue. Turn south into the parking lot for Boneyard BBQ\, immediately east of the railroad viaduct. Look for signs to park and get to survey headquarters.
