DESCRIPTION:Innovation and a skilled work force will build a thriving community. In a historic announcement\, the University will be building a new medical school on the UIUC campus. The opportunities are endless and we need to be prepared for what's about to come. This is the biggest advancement in our community in the last 50 years and could well be the biggest advancement for the next 50. The Champaign County Chamber of Commerce will host Chancellor Wise to discuss an update and provide an outline on the new UIUC medical school. \n\n\n\nThe cost to attend is $17 for Chamber members\; $29 for non-members\; $10 for students.
