DESCRIPTION:Caroline Dowd-Higgins will be speaking about how to successfully work in a multi-generational workplace. She will illustrate that while each generation is equipped with their own distinct set of strengths and weaknesses\, each generation has something to gain from working with the other. By understanding and utilizing these differences appropriately\, you can create a successful multi-generational work environment. \n\n\n\nThe cost to attend is $17 for Chamber members and $29 for prospects. Cost includes a full breakfast.   \n\n\n\nTo register\, please contact Caryn Isenhower at 217.359.1791 or email caryni@champaigncounty.org.  Registration deadline is Wednesday\, October 7\, at 5:00pm.\n\n\nPlease contact the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce if special accomodations are needed.  No refund will be given for cancellations or failure to attend\, although substitutions may be made.
