Beth Racine\, President and Founder of Envision Innovation\, will be the presenter for this seminar. She has a heart and passion to see people find hope\, overcome obstacles and achieve success both personally and professionally. Beth received her undergraduate degree in Education from Northern Michigan University. She is a certified k-12 teacher in Michigan and Illinois and has worked as an educator and coach in the public school system in a variety of different capacities. Beth received her master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Administration. She currently holds a valid administrative certificate in the state of Illinois. She has over 12 years of experience helping leaders achieve personal growth and develop specific techniques to improve interpersonal relationships.

She started Envision Innovation because she saw the need for more individualized\, strategic care\, paired with practical skills and direction.
