Homeownership 101
Post-purchase education is a 3 part program that focuses on topics that help both new and existing homeowners manage their most important asset.
*participants receive a detailed reference manual and maintenance checklist*
Monday May 1st at 6pm: Budgeting, Saving & Record Keeping
New home new budget! The power of planning, saving it for a rainy day (or a leaky roof) and what to keep and for how long.
Wednesday May 3rd at 6pm: Being a Part of Your Community
The benefits of community, joining your community, types of community involvement and community resources.
Saturday April 29th at 10am: Home Maintenance
Home improvement, preventative maintenance, and to repair or replace it.
All classes are held at Habitat for Humanity, 119 E University Ave, Champaign IL 61820
Classes are FREE and open to the public.
