Certified ScrumMaster is a two-day training that introduces the concepts of agile project leadership using Scrum methodology. Tom Mellor, Certified Scrum Trainer with Scrum Alliance, will explain how CSMs coach, mentor, guide, and empower their teams to develop and deliver successfully. Learn to demonstrate Scrum values, practices, and applications to provide a level of knowledge and expertise above and beyond that of typical project managers. At the end of the training, you will receive a link to the online CSM exam which can be completed in class or at a later date.
